PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

As a Top Product Development Executive, you will be responsible for providing leadership, vision, and strategy for new product development and product lifecycle management. You will oversee research and concept development activities to innovate new products, product enhancements, and product redesign. Key Responsibilities: - Identify a problem and create a product to solve that problem by engaging with customers, conducting surveys, and utilizing market research. - Apply creativity and innovation to assess whether the product could be a viable solution. - Test the viability and likability of the solution product among the target users. - Identify development goals and themes, addressing crucial challenges to validate the product concept. - Develop a minimum viable product (MVP) with essential functions to fulfill customers" needs. - Conduct experiments with the MVP to measure interest, test price sensitivity, identify marketing channels, craft a message, and design packaging. - Gather customer feedback for continuous expansion and enhancements, evolving the product roadmap, and establishing new strategic goals for the product. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in engineering or MBA. - Proven work experience as a product developer or in a related field. - Good understanding of Agile Methodology in software development lifecycle. - Ability to collaborate effectively within a team. - Strong creative and innovative thinking skills. - Proficient problem-solving abilities. - Demonstrated effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams. - Experience in developing refined product marketing strategies. - Excellent writing and editing skills, along with adept presentation and public speaking abilities.,
