PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

As a Top Product Development Executive, you will be responsible for providing leadership, vision, and strategy for new product development and managing the lifecycle of existing products. Your role will involve overseeing research and concept development activities to drive innovation in new products, product enhancements, and product redesign. Your key responsibilities will include identifying problems and creating products to address them through customer interactions, surveys, and market research. You will need to apply creativity and innovation to assess whether the product can effectively solve the identified problem. Testing the viability and acceptance of the solution product among the target users will also be a crucial part of your role. In addition, you will be tasked with setting goals and themes for development, addressing significant challenges to validate the product concept, and creating a minimum viable product (MVP) with essential functions. Conducting experiments with the MVP, gathering customer feedback, and iterating on the product roadmap will be essential for continuous improvement and growth. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering or an MBA, along with proven experience as a product developer or in a related field. A good understanding of Agile Methodology in the software development lifecycle, teamwork abilities, creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and effective management of cross-functional teams are also required. Experience in developing product marketing strategies and strong communication skills will be beneficial for this position.,
