Product Designer

Responsibilities:

• Design System Maintenance: Ensure our design system is up-to-date and efficiently maintained to support consistency across our products and platforms.
• User Experience Enhancement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the user experience of our products through intuitive and seamless design solutions.
• Innovative Design Methodologies: Continuously explore and implement innovative user-centric design methods to enhance user satisfaction and engagement.
• Project Management: Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are aligned with business objectives.
• Thorough Research: Conduct comprehensive research to understand user needs, market trends, and competitor offerings, leveraging insights to inform design decisions.
• Creative Innovation: Bring creative and innovative ideas to the table, pushing the boundaries of design to deliver impactful solutions that drive business success.
• Business-Minded Design: Apply a business-focused approach to design, aligning solutions with organizational goals and driving measurable outcomes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.( Figma prefers)
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work and projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of conducting thorough research and implementing innovative design solutions.
• Business acumen and understanding of how design impacts key metrics and business objectives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
