Job Description

Responsibilities:

Translate user needs and business goals into intuitive and engaging product experiences
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions
Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
Advocate for design best practices, accessibility, and consistency
Iterate quickly on feedback and data to continuously improve designs
Maintain and contribute to the design system and style guides

Requirements:

2–5 years of experience in product or UX/UI design
Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
Strong portfolio demonstrating UX and visual design skills
Understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design
Experience working in agile or cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus
