About The Role At A23, we’re building the future of skill-based real money gaming in India. As a Product Designer (UI/UX), you’ll own key parts of the player journey across Rummy and Poker platforms, helping shape how millions of users experience our games. You’ll tackle complex UX problems, uncover user pain points through research and data, and craft polished, scalable solutions. You’ll work closely with PMs, Engineers, and QA to take features from concept to launch. Responsibilities Conduct usability tests, user interviews, and A/B analysis to gather insights Define and frame UX problems and propose actionable solutions Deliver polished, high-fidelity UI for mid to complex product features Ensure accessibility and handle edge cases in your designs Contribute to and maintain the design system with proper documentation Work closely with cross-functional partners while advocating for design goals and standards. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience 3 years of experience in product design (UI/UX) Experience designing for both mobile and desktop platforms Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process & latest work (please include a link in your resume) Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools Experience designing user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and interactive prototypes Preferred Qualifications Background in game design Experience working in product companies Solid understanding of design systems and documentation Ability to balance user needs with product and business goals Familiarity with accessibility standards and edge case handling Strong collaboration, communication, and critique skills Experience working with cross-functional teams (PM, Engineering, QA) Show more Show less
