Experience Required:

3–5 years in product designWe are hiring a

Product Designer

to focus on

student engagement and retention features

in EdTech applications. Your work will directly influence how students stay motivated, keep track of progress, and remain active on the platform.

Key Responsibilities

Design UX flows that enhance student motivation and long-term engagement.
Create features like progress journals, streak trackers, and reminders.
Conduct user research to understand what drives consistent learning habits.
Prototype features that balance utility with delight.
Collaborate with PMs and educators to align engagement features with curriculum goals.
Ensure engagement designs are inclusive for different learning groups.
Work with engineers to implement smooth, responsive interactions.

What You Bring

3–5 years of B2C product design experience.
Portfolio with examples of engagement-focused design or habit-forming features.
Proficiency in Figma, prototyping, and usability testing.
Strong understanding of motivation psychology and user behavior.
Clear communication skills for collaboration with non-design stakeholders.
