Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements thoroughly and translate them into intuitive, user-centric design solutions.
• Create clear and effective wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to demonstrate design concepts.
• Participate in client calls and discussions to gather feedback and present design ideas confidently.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction and user experience.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure designs meet client and user expectations.
• Maintain consistency in design patterns, branding, and UX across products.

Key Requirements:

• 3 - 5 years of proven experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role.
• Strong communication skills ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate with clients and internal teams.
• Excellent client-facing skills and confidence in understanding and interpreting client briefs.
• Proficient in wireframing and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Ability to work independently, handle feedback constructively, and deliver high-quality designs under tight timelines.
• Understanding of responsive design, user flows, and usability principles.

Good to Have:

• Experience working in an agency setup or with multiple clients.
• Exposure to design systems and component libraries.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
