• Collaborate with the Sales team to design and develop custom lighting solutions
• Translate client requirements into detailed design briefs and technical drawings
• Oversee production post-approval to ensure precise execution of designs
• Ensure design accuracy and detailing for all custom projects
• Work proficiently with design software to create high-quality outputs
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within tight deadlines

• 2+ years of experience in lighting/product design & development (decorative lighting preferred)
• Strong design sensibility with keen attention to detail
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar)
• Experience in handling end-to-end design processes, from concept to production
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
