Key Responsibilities

✨ Collaborate with the Sales team to develop custom lighting designs

✨ Translate client requirements into detailed design briefs & drawings

✨ Oversee production once drawings are approved to ensure accurate execution

✨ Ensure all design details are followed for custom projects

✨ Work proficiently with design software to deliver high-quality outputs

✨ Handle multiple projects and perform well under pressure

Requirements

✔️ 2+ years of experience in lighting/product design & development (decorative lighting preferred)

✔️ Strong design sensibility with an eye for detail

✔️ Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar)

✔️ Ability to manage end-to-end design processes – from concept to production

✔️ Strong problem-solving & organizational skills

✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
