The impact you will make

• Work with cross-functional teams from discovery to delivery, leveraging both analytics and user interviews to come up with well-informed, creative solution
• Collaborate with other designers to continuously improve our design processes, workflows, and expectations of quality
• Work closely with developers to ensure that designs are executed accurately, consistently, and with a high bar of quality
• Clearly and effectively communicate product design ideas to cross-functional team members and senior leadership
• Develop a strong partnership with your Product Manager, Engineering Manager and collaborate with them
  

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with multiple product stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and other designers in drafting & brainstorming initial concepts
• Be an advocate for the user. Conduct primary and/or secondary research, as well as quick rounds of usability tests
• Deliver detailed design flows and specifications, ensure product excellence throughout the product development and implementation process2
• Build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to drive user focus, creativity, efficiency, and product excellence.
  

Qualifications & Experience

• 2+ years of industry experience in designing for digital experience
• Qualification in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or a related field.
• Self-starter who is a customer-obsessed, detail-oriented, and an enthusiastic team player . Proficient in fundamental visual & interaction design principle
• Strong understanding and experience of using Figma. Prototype expertise is a must2
• One must be able to confidently articulate design rationale
• Have a deep understanding of product metrics and translate to design goals.
  

Skills And Knowledge

• A very good understanding of basic design principle
• Highly skilled in interaction design. A good understanding of basic principles of interaction design, and familiarity with commonly used design patterns
• Skilled in communication and representation of complex information through effective use of information architecture and visualisation
• Experience in working with and developing design system
• Good communication and writing skills
