Job Title : Product Designer – Learner Experience & EngagementLocation : BangaloreWe’re looking for a

Product Designer

with 3–5 years of experience to join our growing design team focused on creating delightful, intuitive learning experiences. In this role, you'll design core parts of our learner journey—from first discovery to course progression—on both mobile and web platforms.If you're excited about making education more accessible, engaging, and visually compelling, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and iterate on learner-facing interfaces such as onboarding, dashboards, and lesson flows.
  • Work with PMs, engineers, and curriculum experts to translate goals into high-impact product designs.
  • Elevate the visual quality and emotional tone of the product experience.
  • Help shape our evolving design system to ensure scalable, accessible, and consistent UI patterns.
  • Use data, user feedback, and testing to guide design decisions and refine user journeys.

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience designing consumer-facing digital products (preferably B2C).
  • Strong UI/visual skills and a portfolio that reflects a balance of craft and usability.
  • Experience working on mobile-first designs and growth/engagement flows.
  • Familiarity with design tools like Figma, and a comfort with prototyping or motion is a plus.
  • Previous work in EdTech, learning tools, or content-rich platforms is a bonus.
