You’ll collaborate closely with senior designers, PMs, and engineers to deliver clean, consistent, and user-friendly experiences.This role is for someone who’s hungry to learn product thinking beyond visuals, who wants to grow from a strong design executor into a designer who shapes
what gets built.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate complex financial problems into simple, trustworthy, and even joyful solutions.
- Work with PD-2 and CPO in shaping design directions while taking ownership of features and modules.
- Continuously explore how to leverage AI in design workflows, from validating UX ideas faster, to generating UI variations, to testing user flows more efficiently.
- Build and evolve our design system for scalability and consistency across business.
🤩 You’ll be a great fit if you have
- 1–3 years of experience designing consumer-facing products.
- A portfolio that shows solid visual/UI craft and some exposure to end-to-end product work.
- Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools) and prototyping.
- Understanding of UX principles and eagerness to learn about product strategy and growth design.
- Strong collaboration skills — you’re comfortable working in cross-functional pods.
- A growth mindset: you care about user impact and want to understand why a design works, not just how it looks.

- You’ve worked on consumer-facing apps or fintech products.
- You’ve contributed to a design system before.
- You enjoy motion design, micro-interactions, or prototyping.
