Product Designer-Home decor and Glasware

We are seeking a Product Designer who specializes in physical product development (not UI/UX or software design). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing tangible products such as glassware, candle jars, bathroom accessories, home décor, or lifestyle products. You will be responsible for creating innovative, export-ready designs for global retailers In Usa,UK etc

Key Responsibilities:

• Design new collections of physical products in categories such as glass jars, decorative trays, candle holders, and bathroom accessories
• Develop detailed 3D renderings, technical drawings, and product specs for manufacturing
• Understand material properties (glass, metal, wood, ceramic) and incorporate them into product designs
• Coordinate with production, merchandising, and sourcing teams to ensure feasibility and cost-efficiency
• Work closely with international buyers and merchandisers to align with trend forecasts and market demands
• Research international home décor trends and translate them into practical, sellable products
• Create mockups and prototypes in collaboration with sampling and R&D teams

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in 3D modeling tools like Rhino, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or KeyShot
• Strong hand sketching and ideation ability
• Understanding of industrial design and manufacturing processes for home décor and utility products
• Ability to work on multiple product lines and meet tight timelines
• Knowledge of finishing techniques – mercury, spray color, frosted, decals, textures, etc.
• Familiarity with materials used in export markets (glass, metal, wood, ceramic)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Degree/Diploma in Industrial Design, Product Design, or Applied Arts
• Do not apply if your expertise is only in UI/UX, web, or digital design
• Portfolio of physical product designs is mandatory (no digital interface designs)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Firozabad, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
