Product Designer

As a Product Designer at our company in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, you will be responsible for designing end-to-end product experiences in the EdTech space. This full-time, on-site contract role for 3 months offers the potential for extension and requires experience in creating intuitive and scalable digital products. You will collaborate with product, design, and development teams to shape learner-centric digital experiences, from concept development to final execution. Your role will involve maintaining high usability, accessibility, and visual quality standards across various touchpoints. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design end-to-end product experiences, including discovery, wireframing, and final visual execution - Contribute to and uphold design systems, patterns, and reusable UI components - Collaborate with developers and product managers for high-quality implementation - Iterate designs based on feedback, user data, and evolving product goals **Qualifications Required:** - Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality web and/or mobile product design - Proficiency in Figma; familiarity with Notion or Webflow is a plus - Experience in product-led teams or startup environments - Ability to clearly communicate design rationale and accept feedback - Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual consistency In addition to the above, preferred skills for this role include experience in the EdTech space or with B2C/learning platforms, rapid prototyping, understanding of accessibility and responsive design best practices, and effective collaboration in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.
