About The Role

We’re seeking a Product Designer who thrives on data-informed design. You’ll use analytics and research insights to design features that are not only intuitive but also optimized for measurable outcomes.

What You’ll Do

Partner with analytics teams to identify insights from user data.
Translate quantitative and qualitative findings into design improvements.
Create prototypes and test variations to validate design hypotheses.
Iterate designs based on experiment results and performance metrics.
Ensure product experiences balance user needs with business impact.

What We’re Looking For

3–5 years of product design experience with data-informed work.
Familiarity with experimentation, A/B testing, or data dashboards.
Strong prototyping and iterative design skills.
Portfolio showcasing measurable design outcomes.
A balance of analytical thinking and user empathy.
