As a QA Engineer at CaseFox, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our SaaS products, CaseFox (Legal Practice Management) and MatterSuite (Business Management Suite). With 23 years of experience in both manual and automation testing, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing company with a global customer base. Key Responsibilities: - Review and analyze business requirements, functional specifications, system designs, and technical documentation for comprehensive test coverage. - Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases, ensuring accurate validation of product functionality. - Perform end-to-end testing activities including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing. - Develop and maintain automation frameworks to improve test efficiency and coverage. - Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects using defect management tools. - Prepare and maintain QA documentation for clear reporting and audit readiness. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and ensure smooth product releases. - Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure compliance with best practices. - Enhance QA processes by adopting modern tools and methodologies to increase testing effectiveness. - Provide early feedback to developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the QA team. Requirements: - 23 years of QA experience in a product-based environment. - Strong knowledge of test design, execution, and defect management. - Hands-on experience with automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Postman, and Cypress. - Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools like Jira. - Basic networking knowledge is a plus. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced SaaS environment with attention to detail. - Experience with API testing and database validation is a plus.
