Mission Of This Role

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design process for multiple early-stage products—from research and ideation to final UI and developer handoff.
• Collaborate closely with startup founders, product managers, and engineers to co-create product vision and strategy.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform product decisions
• Emphasize building user experiences that are intuitive and liked/loved
• Design wireframes, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for mobile and web
• Establish and maintain reusable design systems and visual guidelines
• Rapidly iterate on designs based on feedback and changing requirements.
• Contribute to venture pitches and product storytelling through compelling visuals and prototypes
  

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience designing digital products, ideally in startups or fast-paced product teams.
• Formal education in design (e.g., B.Des, M.Des, or equivalent)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX/UI design across web and mobile platforms.
• Mastery of tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools such as Principle, Framer, or similar.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, design systems, and usability best practices and experience applying that to drive decisions
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and thrive in high-ambiguity, low-structure environments.
