About the Role-

We're seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with strong graphic design skills to translate concepts into intuitive and visually engaging digital products for our clients. You'll be instrumental in understanding user needs, crafting compelling visual elements, and building scalable design systems for web and mobile applications. You will focus on delivering user-centric designs that meet client objectives and fuel growth.

Responsibilities:

- Develop UI mockups and interactive prototypes to communicate design solutions effectively.

- Present and iterate on design concepts based on feedback from internal teams and stakeholders.

- Identify and resolve usability issues to enhance responsiveness and overall user experience.

- Ensure adherence to established graphic design and typography guidelines.

- Collaborate closely with marketing and other design teams (internal and external) to produce impactful digital content.

- Conceptualize innovative UI/UX solutions that align with the brand vision.

- Participate in strategic discussions and presentations related to design and business goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX and Graphic Designer.

- Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field.

- Expertise in UI/UX methodologies and best practices.

- Strong proficiency in Figma, iOS, Android design principles, and Design Systems.

- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).

- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive independently and in a team.
