About the Team: The Tide design team is an integral part of various internal mission teams known as Speedboats. These Speedboats consist of Product Managers, Engineers, UX Writers, UX Researchers, Data Analysts, and Marketing professionals who collaborate to address critical member issues. The collaborative approach focuses on discovering, defining, and delivering value to members through continuous delivery processes and cross-collaboration among Speedboats. About the Role: In this role, you will collaborate with Product Managers, Technical Owners, and senior stakeholders to define strategic objectives and goals within a specific domain area. Your responsibilities include identifying and prioritizing product roadmap initiatives, de-risking these initiatives by understanding and solving the problems, driving the implementation of strategic initiatives, promoting design practices effectively to stakeholders, and leading and mentoring a team of Product designers across different geographies. What We Are Looking For: The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in UX Design or Product Design, preferably in a SaaS company. They should have led a Product Design Squad or played a key role in designing world-class products in a fast-growing company, possess in-depth knowledge of Product Design methodologies, demonstrate proficiency in leading design reviews and using design tools, and be data-driven in their approach. Experience in agile scale-up environments and user testing methodologies is desirable.
