Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Product Design Lead to join our team at Miko.ai, responsible for leading the design efforts of our UI/UX team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive product design strategies that align with business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize design requirements.
Create high-quality prototypes and designs that meet customer needs and industry standards.
Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and improve product usability.
Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on best practices and design principles.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in designing complex software applications with a focus on UI/UX.
Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and user experience best practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex design problems.
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality designs under tight deadlines.
Location - Mumbai,Delhi / NCR,Bengaluru,Kolkata,Chennai,Hyderabad,Ahmedabad,Pune, india.
