Job Description

Looking for a skilled professional to lead our product design team, focusing on UI/UX. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces. As a Product Design Lead, you will play a crucial role in shaping the overall user experience of our products.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive product design strategies that align with business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize design requirements.
Create high-quality prototypes and designs that meet customer needs and industry standards.
Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and improve product usability.
Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on best practices and design principles.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in product design, preferably in the IT Services & Consulting industry.
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UI/UX design.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
