Title: Product Design Intern - Founding Team

Company: Maxximize - A new venture from the CoinedOne Founders

Location: 100% Remote (Full-time)

Compensation: ₹50,000 - ₹80,000 INR per month

The Mission

The "Static Website" (nav bars, hero sections, footers) is a relic. Maxximize is replacing the "Browse" era with the "Solve" era. We are not building a destination you visit; we are building a sentient financial analyst that constructs itself around the user's intent. We are recruiting a Founding Intern to help define the UX of the AI age. You will not be "polishing pixels"; you will be inventing new interaction paradigms.

Your Role: The Interface Alchemist.

This is not a "Figma jockey" role. This is an R&D role.

• Kill the "Page":

  You will design fluid interfaces that dissolve and reconstruct themselves. How does a simple text input morph into a full-scale "Rent vs. Buy" simulation without a page reload?

• Beyond the Chat Bubble:

  Chatbots are lazy. You will design

  "Artifacts"

  —live, interactive financial instruments (dynamic contracts, malleable graphs) that live alongside the conversation.

• Design for Trust:

  You will solve the "Black Box" problem. Design the "Glass Box" UI that shows the user exactly how the AI calculated their mortgage eligibility.

Who You Are: A Code-Savvy Visionary

• The Prototype is the Spec:

  You realize static mockups are lying. You build your interactions in Framer, Protopie, or even direct React/Tailwind code.

• Student of the "New Wave":

  You don't look at Dribbble for inspiration. You dissect the UX of Perplexity, Arc Browser, and Claude. You understand Generative UI.

• System Thinker:

  You don't design screens; you design

  states

  . You understand how a "Loading State" builds trust and how an "Error State" offers a path forward.

• High-Velocity:

  You iterate daily. You would rather ship a broken experimental interaction than a perfect static PNG.

Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable)

• A portfolio that demonstrates

  interaction design

  and

  micro-interactions

  , not just static visuals.
• Familiarity with AI tools (Midjourney for assets, ChatGPT/Cursor for coding prototypes).
