Greetings!!
We are hiring for Product Design Engineer position vacant with Leading Consumer Durable Mfg Company for Halol Location.
Design and develop plastic components for various products, ensuring manufacturability and cost-eAectiveness.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and suppliers, to develop and optimize designs.
Ensure design feasibility by applying knowledge of injection molding techniques and material selection.
Create and manage Bills of Materials (BOMs) with accuracy and consistency.
Utilize 3D CAD software (Creo/UG) for part design, assembly, and technical drawings.
Conduct DFM (Design for Manufacturability) and DFA (Design for Assembly) studies to enhance product quality and eAiciency.
4-5 years of experience in product design and development of plastic parts.
Strong knowledge of injection molding processes, material behavior, and tooling.
Proficiency in Creo or UG (Unigraphics/NX) for 3D modeling and detailing.
Experience in BOM (Bill of Materials) management and engineering documentation.
