Product Design Development Engineer

As a Product Design Development Engineer at LancerFab Tech Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of innovative warehouse storage racks and automated vertical & horizontal storage systems. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to define product specifications, conducting feasibility studies, developing technical drawings, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and continuously improving design functionality. Additionally, you will work closely with suppliers, conduct testing on prototypes, and provide support during product launches. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in product design engineering within the warehouse storage solutions or related industries. Proficiency in CAD software and Product Lifecycle Management tools is essential, as well as a strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and engineering principles. Your problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and effective communication abilities will be critical for success in this role. Knowledge of Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (AS/RS) would be considered a plus.
