Product Design Development Engineer

As a New Product Development and Design Engineer at Proman Infrastructure Services Pvt. Ltd., your main responsibilities will include: - Developing and designing innovative products using CAD software such as SolidWorks, Inventor, and AutoCAD throughout the entire process from concept to production release. - Collaborating effectively with manufacturing, marketing, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and functionality of the products. - Leading design reviews, capturing feedback, and continuously iterating to enhance performance and user value. - Creating detailed 3D models, 2D drawings, GD&T, BOMs, and manufacturing specifications for the products. - Analyzing performance using simulation tools like FEA, CFD, motion analysis, prototyping, testing, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. - Applying Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles as well as optimization techniques to improve manufacturability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. The qualifications required for this role include: - Keeping abreast of the latest materials, processes, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement in product development. - Proficiency in CAD software and familiarity with simulation tools and design optimization methods across the product lifecycle. - Preferably, having a strong background experience in the Heavy equipment manufacturing industry, Heavy fabrication industry, or Stone Crushing equipment manufacturing industry.
