Title Sales Manager

You should have a minimum of 5 to 20 years of experience in selling crushing/screening and other construction heavy equipment. Your educational background should be BE/Diploma in Mechanical. The location of the job is in Bangalore. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for meeting company sales/rental targets, budget goals, and profit objectives. Your role will involve maintaining and expanding vendor relationships, targeting customers in the heavy construction equipment industries, and devising specific marketing strategies. You will collaborate closely with relevant departments and the corporate office throughout the sales process. This will include conducting detailed technical presentations and discussions with customers, preparing proposals, cost estimations, and quotations. Following up with customers for deal finalizations will also be part of your responsibilities. In addition, you will gather product feedback from the market and support the rollout of new products and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, meet deadlines efficiently, and be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and regional languages (both spoken and written) is essential for effective communication, interpersonal interactions, organization, and presentation skills. Frequent travel may be required for this role, and prior experience in the crushing industry is preferred.,
