Job Description

The ideal candidate is a motivated and well-organized individual with a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business in both new and existing markets. Additionally, you will partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent and mentor employees to help them achieve individual and team objectives. To qualify for this role, you should have a BE/Diploma or equivalent experience in Business along with at least 5 years of sales experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, and prior sales experience in the Aggregate Crushing & Screening industry would be advantageous.
