Product Demo Platform Specialist

You will be responsible for end-to-end development, management, and support of the Demo Platform utilized by Sales and Marketing teams. Your main tasks will include: - Managing and updating the Demo Platform with new features and functional enhancements. - Maintaining demo environment data to ensure data accuracy and integrity. - Partnering with Sales and Marketing teams to deliver a seamless demo experience. - Collaborating with onshore/offshore technical teams, sales, and other internal stakeholders to align the demo platform with customer needs. - Troubleshooting demo-related issues to ensure the platform is customer-ready. - Leveraging healthcare domain knowledge to align demo workflows with real-world use cases. To qualify for this role, you must have: - Strong understanding of the US Healthcare industry including data, workflows, and standards. - Hands-on experience with the Microsoft MS/BI platform, particularly ETL SSIS. - Hands-on experience in supporting SaaS or BI/analytics platforms is preferred. - Hands-on experience with Power BI reports. - Excellent collaboration and communication skills across teams. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,
