Product Demo Platform Specialist

As an ETL Developer with experience in US Healthcare and Power BI, your role will involve end-to-end development, management, and support of the Demo Platform utilized by the Sales and Marketing teams. You will be responsible for ensuring that the demo environment is kept updated with all functional enhancements while ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Your proficiency in Microsoft tools, knowledge of the US Healthcare industry, and experience in pre-sales or demo support will be crucial for collaborating effectively across technical, sales, and marketing teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage and update the Demo Platform with new features and functional enhancements. - Maintain demo environment data to ensure data accuracy and integrity. - Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to deliver a seamless demo experience. - Work with onshore/offshore technical teams, sales, and internal stakeholders to align the demo platform with customer needs. - Troubleshoot demo-related issues proactively to ensure the platform is customer-ready. - Utilize healthcare domain knowledge to align demo workflows with real-world use cases. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong understanding of the US Healthcare industry including data, workflows, and standards. - Hands-on experience with Microsoft MS/BI platform, specifically ETL SSIS. - Experience in supporting SaaS or BI/analytics platforms would be advantageous. - Proficiency in creating Power BI reports. - Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across teams. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.,
