Product Demo Platform Specialist

Role & responsibilities

This role will ensure the demo environment stays updated with all functional enhancements, while maintaining data integrity and accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the US Healthcare industry, proficiency in Microsoft tools, pre sales or demo support experience and the ability to collaborate across technical, sales, and marketing teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and update the Demo Platform with new features and functional enhancements.
• Maintain demo environment data and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to provide a seamless demo experience.
• Collaborate with onshore/offshore technical teams, sales, and other internal stakeholders to keep the demo platform aligned with customer needs
• Troubleshoot demo-related issues and ensure the platform is always customer-ready.
• Leverage healthcare domain knowledge to align demo workflows with real-world use cases.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of the US Healthcare industry (data, workflows, standards).

Pre-sales experience in customizing demo environments and partnering with sales teams during client engagements

• Hands-on experience with the Microsoft MS/BI platform
• Hands-on experience in supporting SaaS or BI/analytics platforms preferred
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
