Would you like the opportunity to develop your career within a global energy company Be part of a successful team We are a leader in flexible line construction and production Our innovative physical and digital solutions increase efficiency, production and maximize reservoir value, Partner with the best As a Product Delivery Scheduler, you will be responsible for Schedule Development & Management: Maintaining, and updating detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 covering all phases: engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and delivery Analyse variances, and escalate potential delays or deviations, Engineering Resource Tracking: Working with engineering managers and global teams to allocate resources and monitor engineering hours, Adjusting schedules based on actual progress and revised forecasts, Ensuring resource loading in schedules is accurate and realistic, MRP Alignment & Material Flow: Coordinating closely with the Product Delivery Planner to review MRP data with real-time scheduling needs, Ensuring timely release and sequencing of materials per the project schedule and lead times, Serving as a key interface with the Product Delivery Planner, ensuring seamless integration between long-term planning and short-term execution, Attending joint planning-scheduling meetings to align on timelines, priorities, and risks Supporting the planner in identifying feasibility gaps, resource bottlenecks, and schedule impacts of planning changes, Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborating with global project teams to gather inputs and provide updates on schedule status, Communicating clearly across time zones, maintaining regular cadence of updates and reports, Supporting internal and external project reviews with relevant scheduling data and dashboards, Reporting & Documentation: Generating reports from Primavera P6 and MRP systems for progress reviews and risk assessments, Maintaining audit-ready documentation of all schedule changes Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a Bachelors degree Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain, or a related discipline, Have 35 years of experience in scheduling or project coordination, ideally in project industry or oil & gas sectors, Be Proficient in Primavera P6 and familiar with MRP systems ( Oracle, SAP), Have strong analytical and communication skills; able to interpret technical schedules and explain to non-technical audiences Have experience coordinating across global teams and time zones, Desired to have experience in Oil & Gas equipment or Subsea manufacturing is desirable but not mandatory, Exposure to global product lines and multi-location operations is an advantage, Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too In this role, we can offer the following flexible working patterns: Working flexible hours flexing the times when you work in the day to help you fit everything in and work when you are the most productive Working with us Our people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes We know we are better when all of our people are developed, engaged and able to bring their whole authentic selves to work We invest in the health and well-being of our workforce, train and reward talent and develop leaders at all levels to bring out the best in each other, Working for you Our inventions have revolutionized energy for over a century But to keep going forward tomorrow, we know we have to push the boundaries today We prioritize rewarding those who embrace change with a package that reflects how much we value their input Join us, and you can expect: Contemporary work-life balance policies and wellbeing activities Comprehensive private medical care options Safety net of life insurance and disability programs Tailored financial programs Additional elected or voluntary benefits About Us: We are an energy technology company that provides solutions to energy and industrial customers worldwide Built on a century of experience and conducting business in over 120 countries, our innovative technologies and services are taking energy forward making it safer, cleaner and more efficient for people and the planet, Join Us: Are you seeking an opportunity to make a real difference in a company that values innovation and progressJoin us and become part of a team of people who will challenge and inspire you!
