B. E. / B. Tech. (Chemical/ Petroleum/ Petrochemical Engg. )

Experience: 3. 5-8 years in refinery/ petrochemical/ chemicals operation/ tech services

Skills :

- Unisim/ ASPENTECH/ Equivalent Simulation software

- Expert in evaluating P&ID, PFD, Engineering drawing

- Customer / stakeholder engagement

- Advanced MS Excel

- JIRA/ Service Now

- Exposure to OT components -- COTS Historian/ MES/ LIMS (Nice to have)

Implementation/ Post Deployment engineer on the Digital services (Digital Twin) program is responsible for

• evaluating customer technical documents, requirements and scope
• preparing pre-requisites for implementation
• using available tools and templates (MS Azure based) to configure unit specific solution
• Create/ modify steady state process models/ calculations
• Adhere to quality work processes and contribute in form of Knowledge sharing, peer reviews, templates, RCA
• Track/ Resolve/ Escalate post deployment tickets via JIRA
• Mentor/ train/ cross skill team members
• Engage with Tech service for customer release or technical issue validation and closure
• Monitoring and troubleshooting of Digital twin applications
