Product Data Management - GO/JC/1144/2025

Must have 3+ years of experience in handling Master Data Management, Product data management, product categorization, product content enrichment, digital assets sourcing projectsFamiliarity with BMECat electronic product catalogues, and industry standard classification systems ETIM, eClass, UNSPSC, etc.Working knowledge of PIM platforms - STEP Stibo, Informatica Product 360, Riversand, IBM WebSphere Commerce (WCS), etc.Ensure delivery of Client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including day-to-day service levels, customer experience, quality measures, and compliance measures.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction.Excellent communication skills � verbal, written, etc.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as a self-starterStrong skills in reporting and presentation of key business informationExperienced in managing mid-size (10+) multi-site /Multi skilled teamsStrong organizational skillsExcellent in analytical thinking and problem solving
