We are seeking a Product Data Entry Associate to support product onboarding, catalogue accuracy, and data management across our platforms.

Role Overview

The Product Data Entry Associate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate product information across spreadsheets, internal systems, and e-commerce platforms. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented junior or fresher who is organised, methodical, and comfortable working with structured data.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain product data across spreadsheets and internal trackers.

• Support product onboarding by uploading SKUs, pricing, descriptions, and attributes.

• Ensure accuracy of product titles, variants, barcodes, and category tags.

• Cross-check data against supplier sheets and brand documentation.

• Maintain consistency across product catalogues and systems.

• Flag missing, incorrect, or inconsistent data to senior team members.

• Support bulk uploads, exports, and data clean-up tasks.

• Follow internal naming conventions, SOPs, and data standards.

• Assist Product Catalogue and Operations teams as required.

Required Skills & Experience (Must-Haves)

Applicants must meet all mandatory criteria listed below to be considered for this role.

Industry Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in data entry, admin, product support, or operations.

• Freshers and recent graduates are welcome.

• Experience with structured data and repetitive accuracy-driven tasks.

Technical & Professional Skills

• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

• Ability to follow formulas, templates, and data rules accurately.

• High attention to detail and consistency.

• Comfortable working with large volumes of data.

Work Ethic & Traits

• Highly organised and methodical.

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Reliable, focused, and deadline-driven.

• Comfortable with repetitive tasks that require precision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Commerce, Business, IT, Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

• Strong numerical and logical aptitude.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify (training provided).

• Familiarity with product catalogues, SKUs, or inventory data.

• Basic understanding of beauty, wellness, or nutrition products.
