Job Description

As a Customer Success representative at Meritto, you will be the friendly face and voice of the company, guiding clients through each step of their journey. Your responsibilities will include building relationships, troubleshooting issues, and celebrating successes with clients as they experience the impact of our solutions firsthand. Key Responsibilities: - Gather requirements from clients, suggest product solutions, and coordinate with other teams for seamless implementation. - Travel frequently to client locations for product training and adoption purposes. - Demonstrate deep product knowledge across all product lines, showcasing demos and providing solutions for business use cases. - Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to address customer issues and ensure customer success. - Monitor product usage, account health, industry trends, and competitor landscapes to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. - Provide actionable insights to decision-makers to influence strategy and performance. - Prioritize and execute tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Manage overall customer success to ensure high retention and renewal rates. - Serve as a bridge between the company and the client. Qualifications Required: - Masters or Bachelors degree in business, IT, or a related field with 3 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, preferably in a SaaS environment. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. - Strong stakeholder management skills, analytical ability, and familiarity with SaaS metrics. - Proven track record in leading customer engagements, renewals, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities in a SaaS environment. - Familiarity with SaaS products, CRM tools, and data-driven decision-making. - Proficiency in Excel and report generation.
