Job Description

As a Customer Success professional at Meritto, you will be the friendly face and voice guiding clients every step of the way. Your day-to-day activities will involve building relationships, troubleshooting issues, and celebrating wins with clients as they witness the impact of our solutions firsthand. Key Responsibilities: - Gather requirements from clients and suggest product solutions, coordinating with other teams for seamless implementation. - Travel frequently to client locations for product training and adoption purposes. - Possess deep product knowledge across all product lines, showcasing product demos and crafting solutions for business use cases using the best product fit. - Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to address customer issues and ensure solutions are provided. - Review ongoing product usage, account health, risk assessment, industry trends, customer trends, and competitor landscapes to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. - Provide actionable insights to decision-makers to influence strategy and performance. - Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Manage overall customer success to ensure a high retention and renewal rate. - Act as a bridge between the company and the client. Qualifications Required: - Masters or Bachelors degree in business, IT, or a related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, preferably in a SaaS environment. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. - Strong stakeholder management skills, analytical ability, and familiarity with SaaS metrics. - Demonstrated track record in leading customer engagements, renewals, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities in a SaaS environment. - Proficiency in Excel and report generation.
