Employment Type:

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Gather and analyze requirements and define product backlogs.
• Collaborate with Design, Technology, and Product teams, owning end-to-end modules.
• Expertise in Azure DevOps for backlog management and sprint tracking.
• Lead Scrum ceremonies, manage sprint planning, backlog, and prioritize features.
• Verify new developed functionalities and bugs to ensure product quality.
• Prepare Sprint reports and release notes, sending them to management.
• Engage with stakeholders to align product goals, manage expectations, and provide regular updates.
• Monitor product success through metrics and KPIs to ensure product performance aligns with business goals.
• Drive process improvements within Scrum and Azure DevOps for efficiency

Must have:

• Should have 4-6 years of relevant Experience
• Should be ready to work in Evening or Night Shifts
• Ready to join immediately – 15 Days (Preferred)
