Procurement & Vendor Relations Lead

As an experienced professional with 5+ years of hands-on experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing end-to-end procurement and purchasing operations. Your responsibilities will include identifying, evaluating, and negotiating with suppliers and vendors, handling purchase requisitions, vendor management, and order processing. You will ensure cost-effective and timely procurement of raw materials, goods, and services while monitoring inventory levels, tracking delivery schedules, and ensuring on-time fulfillment. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including production, logistics, and finance will be essential in optimizing sourcing strategies and driving cost savings. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills, familiarity with purchase order systems, and procurement best practices are required. Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational abilities will be key to your success in this role.
