What role you will play

In this role, you will be responsible in overseeing and managing the relationships and performance of suppliers to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, industry regulations, and contractual obligations. You will monitor supplier performance, conduct risk assessments, and implement governance frameworks that drive continuous improvement and value creation.

KRA

3-5 years of experience in supplier management, procurement, or a related role

Proven track record of managing supplier performance and applying governance framework

Good understanding of the Service Provider Standard and/or Policy

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in supplier management software and tools (ideally using Process Unity - MySupplier)
