Job Description

Execute sourcing strategies for indirect categories.
Drive sourcing process for indirect categories including baseline preparation, RFQ/RFP preparation, Quotes/bid evaluation, supplier selection, and contract management.
Identify New/Alternate vendors to the RFP wherever applicable.
Conduct benchmarking to identify opportunities for cost savings.
Contribute to the Working Capital initiatives and support on payment terms extensions with vendor according to global guidelines.
Support sourcing activities for green field/brown field projects wherever applicable.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and align procurement strategies.
Manage supplier relationships and conduct regular performance reviews.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, legal requirements, and internal controls.
Maintain the regional contract tracker and ensure timely renewals of contracts.
