Procurement Analyst
Location: Bangalore
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
Looking for Immediate to early joiners
1. Handling order processing, shipment, and delivery of orders to the customer.
2. Be a SPOC & Develop strong working relationship with suppliers for driving On-time deliveries
3. Wherever required, act as a supplier representative for internal stakeholders to put forward supplier concerns.
4. Backlogs management, proactively communicate changes/delays and make known to internal teams/client for alternative option whenever possible to mitigate delays
5. Highly pro-active
6. Good working knowledge on Electrical or Mechanical or Instrumentation commodities.
7. Excellent knowledge on product design, manufacturing, testing activities & lead time.
8. Strong interpersonal skills to work with team members, clients, and suppliers
9. Good communication, negotiation, influencing and presentation skills.
10. Support the process until Procurement Close-out
11. Negotiation skills to work with suppliers and make better deals for the company
12. Able to drive activities to achieve the results
13. Ability to cope with pressure and adapt to situation/process requirements
14. Prepare reports and update as & when required
15. Strong appetite for continuous improvement, innovative mindset, out-of-box thinking.
16. Familiarity with ERP tools
