Procurement Specialist

You should have 2 to 5 years of work experience and be available to work from Monday to Friday with a shift from 1 pm to 10 pm. This position is based in Gurgaon/New Delhi. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the prompt and effective delivery of essential goods and services to various departments at Foundever by implementing standardized purchasing practices. You will consult with stakeholders to understand their needs, source vendors, process purchase requisitions, and expedite purchase orders. Tracking deliveries and confirming receipt in the P2P system will also be part of your duties. Your role will involve preparing bid specifications, requesting quotations, and acting as a liaison between Foundever departments and vendors to ensure purchased goods and services meet specified conditions. You will represent the company in discussions with vendors on procurement issues and monitor vendor activities for compliance with contract terms. Additionally, you will review and monitor capital purchases to ensure compliance with company policies, identify cost-saving opportunities, and handle special projects as assigned. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, experience leading peers, and influencing organizational change. Good organizational skills, excellent time management, confident communication, ability to work well under pressure, previous supervisory experience, and experience in disciplines like Supply Chain, Operations, or Engineering are essential. Complex strategic relationship management experience is also required. Business travel of approximately 25% may be required for this position.,
