Job Description

TaskUs is looking for Procurement Officer to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
Sourcing Suppliers: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts and terms to secure favorable agreements
Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with existing suppliers, monitor their performance, and ensure they meet quality and delivery requirements
Cost Analysis: Analyze costs, pricing, and market trends to make informed decisions regarding procurement strategies and cost-saving opportunities
Purchase Orders: Prepare and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational and legal requirements
Inventory Management: Oversee and optimize inventory levels, ensuring that the organization has the necessary stock of goods without overstocking
Quality Assurance: Establish quality standards and procedures to ensure that procured goods and services meet quality and safety requirements
Compliance: Ensure that procurement activities adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards
