Purchase of all Project Related capital goods for one of the leading pharmaceutical EPC consultants in India.
Finalization of all tender packages, Procurement of Pharma Machinery / Equipment, all capital goods related to Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC etc
Vendor identification, qualification, and evaluation to ensure adequate supplier performance.
Evaluating and monitor the suppliers at regular intervals and maintain strong relationships with them follow up for timely delivery from Suppliers/ Vendors at client sites
Coordinate with project / engineering / legal / accounts / export and logistics departments in their preparation of service terms, agreements, and contracts.
Organize communication with suppliers periodically according to the requirements of that category to build durable relationships with suppliers.
