Vendor Development
New product development with vendors as per the requirement or given specifications.
Floating enquiries, comparing the quotations and selecting the best amongts them.
Making purchase orders, discussing the delivary time , transportation, freight charges etc.
Regular followup with Vendors/Suppliers for pending purchase orders, followup for the timely payment with Vendors/ Suppliers.
Sending pending PRN reports as well as the PO database on weekly basis.
Database management and MIS Report Generation.
Graduate /Diploma / MBA will be add on advantage.
- Must have minimum 2-5 Yrs experience in relevant field. Product range will include Food Ingredients, Chemicals, Lubricants, packaging materials, Engineering items /spare parts other general items likes stationary, Branding /Promotional items etc.
- Must have working knowledge of ERP System and Office tools.
