Designation : Procurement Officer

Location : Hyderabad

Role & responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams to identify procurement needs for materials and services required.
• Source and evaluate suppliers by sending inquiries, obtaining quotations, and conducting due diligence on supplier capacity and reliability.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to secure the best prices and conditions while ensuring quality and compliance.
• Issue purchase orders and follow up to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Maintain and update supplier databases, evaluate vendor performance, and onboard new suppliers as needed
• Support pre- and post-tender documentation and procurement processes.
• Prepare monthly procurement reports and maintain accurate procurement records.
• Ensure adherence to company procurement policies, regulatory requirements, specific compliance standards.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field is preferred

• 3+ years of experience in procurement, preferably within a GCC, multinational service corporation, or large service enterprise environment.
• Experience in sourcing materials and services, vendor negotiation, and contract management.
• Familiarity with SEZ procedures is preferred
• Knowledge of GCC operating models and global procurement best practices
• Ability to analyze quotations, commercial terms, and supplier capabilities critically
