Procurement Executive

As a Purchase Executive at Ritex Real Estate LLC, your role involves sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing construction materials, plant & machinery, subcontractor services, and other project requirements for civil construction projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying, evaluating, and maintaining relationships with suppliers and subcontractors. - Sourcing materials, plant, and equipment as per specifications and ensuring adherence to project requirements. - Issuing RFQs, evaluating bids, and preparing comparison statements for management review. - Preparing Purchase Orders (POs) and Subcontract Agreements in compliance with company procedures. - Tracking deliveries, coordinating with site logistics, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to project sites. - Maintaining procurement logs, vendor databases, and documentation for audits and reporting. - Collaborating with project management, estimation, and stores teams to manage inventory and forecast needs. - Ensuring procurement activities align with contractual obligations, budget limits, and statutory compliance. - Supporting vendor development initiatives and conducting local market research. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Administration. Additionally, you should possess the following technical skills: - Excellent verbal & written communication skills. - Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite. - Knowledge of civil construction materials, plant, subcontracting practices, and vendor management. - Familiarity with procurement software and ERP systems. - Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Willingness to travel to project sites and supplier locations as required.
