Procurement Executive

Role Overview: As a Procurement Engineer at Precimax Engineers Limited, your main responsibility will be to oversee purchasing activities to ensure cost-efficiency and high quality of purchased items. You will be required to maintain positive supplier relations, evaluate supply options, negotiate contracts, approve purchases, and maintain accurate records. Additionally, you will apply technical knowledge in data analysis, reporting, and creating solutions while managing and negotiating with vendors. Key Responsibilities: - Research potential vendors to source products and services - Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage of purchased items - Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices - Track orders and ensure timely delivery to meet requirements - Analyze data sets to identify trends and make informed decisions - Manage and negotiate vendor enquiries, contracts, and pricing - Arrange vendor meetings to address queries, resolve issues, and review best practices - Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams Qualifications Required: - Bachelor of Commerce Graduates or Engineers preferred with relevant experience in the Procurement Department (0-1 year of experience) - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Analytical with exceptional numerical skills - Proficiency in data analysis and trending to identify patterns - Highly organized with the ability to create, edit documents, and run spreadsheets effectively About the Company: Precimax Engineers Limited is a Limited Liability organization based in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
