Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day purchasing activities.
Request, evaluate, and compare quotations from suppliers.
Track purchase orders and follow up to ensure timely deliveries.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier databases.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments for smooth operations.
Inspect goods upon receipt to verify quality and quantity.
Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels.
Support vendor management and development initiatives.
Assist in both central and project-based procurement.
Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement.
Preferred background in Commercial Vehicle or Passenger Vehicle industries.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
