Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing raw materials, machinery parts, and packaging materials from vendors.
Obtain and compare quotations, ensuring quality and cost optimization.
Support the procurement team in vendor management and maintaining strong supplier relationships.
Monitor delivery timelines and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
Maintain purchase records and update procurement reports.
Coordinate with the accounts team for timely processing of invoices and payments.
Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and procurement standards.
